Job description
Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Infection Prevention Team as an Employee Health/Infection Control Nurse. You will support employee health, infection prevention, surveillance, and regulatory compliance to protect patients, staff, and the community.
Responsibilities include pre-employment and annual health screenings, TB testing, immunizations, and point-of-care testing.
