Job description
The Lodge at Heritage Grove Estates in Topeka, KS is seeking an experienced Infection Prevention Nurse (RN) to lead the facility’s Infection Prevention and Control Program, ensuring CMS, CDC, OSHA and KDADS/KDHE compliance.
You will work closely with nursing leadership to reduce infections, educate staff, monitor surveillance data, and support survey readiness while upholding resident safety and regulatory standards.
