Job description
Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare seeks an Infection Control Practitioner to collaborate with departments and lead infection prevention efforts to protect patients, staff, and visitors. You will support the department's goals and monitor the infection prevention plan's success.
Responsibilities include surveillance, data analysis, education for staff, and reporting to committees while ensuring compliance with national standards and regulatory bodies such as CDC, TJC, OSHA, FDA and HCFA.
