Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Infection Preventionist to support organization-wide surveillance, prevention and control programs in accordance with regulatory, government and accrediting standards. You will conduct NHSN-based surveillance of hospital-acquired infections, analyze data, and report findings to leadership to drive improvements.
You will develop education programs, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate with departments across the organization
