Job description
Reliant Management is seeking an Infection Preventionist to join our care team. This role focuses on collecting and analyzing infection data and trends, advising on prevention strategies, and educating staff to uphold evidence-based infection control practices.
Candidates must hold a CA RN or LVN license and BLS certification; certification as an Infection Preventionist is preferred. Various shifts and full-time scheduling are available to support patient care in a long-term care setting.
