Job Summary
As the Infection Preventionist (IP) , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring infection control practices throughout the facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting a safe environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
Monitor and investigate infections and outbreaks
Maintain infection surveillance data
Implement infection control policies
Educate staff on prevention practices
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with clinical leadership
Qualifications
Healthcare background preferred
Skilled nursing experience preferred

Pay Range:
$70,000/year - $105,000
