Job description
Elaya Health is expanding its Infectious Disease division and seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site infectious disease care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong physician and administrative support.
You will evaluate and manage a broad range of infectious conditions, collaborate with nursing and care teams, and help reduce hospital transfers through proactive management.
