Job description
Elaya Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver on-site infectious disease care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will evaluate and manage a broad range of infections, working with facility nursing teams, primary care providers, wound care teams and administration.
