Job description
The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Clinical Nurse to support the OPAT program across Johns Hopkins Hospital and Bayview Medical Center. You will coordinate nursing case management, support patients with antibiotic use, and liaise with facilities and infusion pharmacies for treatment changes.
You will provide education, arrange home infusion and laboratory orders, and collaborate with ID physicians and pharmacists to ensure timely interventions and follow-up care.
