Job description
MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center seeks a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join a 5-physician, 3-APP team in Des Moines, IA, due to retirement. The role offers an 80% inpatient / 20% clinic split, 1:5 call, and strong collaboration with built-in referral networks.
Compensation includes a 2-year guaranteed salary of $285,261, a $150,000 recruitment incentive, moving allowance up to $15,000, CME of $5,000, and comprehensive benefits; PSLF eligible; J1/H1b candidates encouraged.
