Locums Infectious Disease Physician in Fort Wayne, Indiana - Two Openings, APP Support
Step into defined weekday clinic blocks with RN, medical assistant, and advanced practice provider support plus limited phone coverage for assigned patients.

Limited phone consultation responsibilities
Practice & Cases
Outpatient infectious disease
Approximately 20 to 30 patients per shift
Vascular access device and central venous catheter management required
Abscess aspiration and additional infectious disease procedures preferred
Schedule
Monday through Friday clinic coverage
Daytime weekday shifts
Multiple weeklong coverage blocks
Approximately 1 to 2 phone consultations for assigned patients with a 24 hour response expectation
Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Infectious Disease
Indiana license or active IMLC LOQ required
BLS required
