Infectious Disease Physician

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group (HHCMG) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician to join our highly collaborative and growing Infectious Disease team at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.
This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a statewide Infectious Disease program with more than 25 Infectious Disease specialists working together across Hartford HealthCare's integrated network. Position Highlights
Inpatient Infectious Disease consultations at Hartford Hospital
Outpatient practice with opportunities to care for HIV and Hepatitis C patients.
Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives.
Collaborating with Infection Prevention, Hospital Epidemiology, and Quality teams
Shared call coverage with experienced Infectious Disease colleagues
No primary care responsibilities
Dedicated Hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions.
Opportunities to teach medical students, residents and fellows
Academic appointments are available through Quinnipiac University and University of Connecticut
