Physician - Infectious Disease
Job Details:
Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician joining a highly collaborative and growing Infectious Disease team
Provide inpatient Infectious Disease consultations at a major academic medical center
Outpatient practice with opportunities to care for HIV and Hepatitis C patients
Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives
Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Hospital Epidemiology, and Quality teams
Shared call coverage with experienced Infectious Disease colleagues
No primary care responsibilities
Dedicated Hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions
Opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows
Academic appointments available through major Connecticut universities
BC/BE Infectious Disease physician licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of CT
Supportive leadership committed to physician wellness and professional development
