A leading healthcare organization is seeking a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join a highly collaborative and growing team just southwest of Hartford, Connecticut.
Position Highlights:
Inpatient Infectious Disease consultations
Outpatient practice with opportunities to care for HIV and Hepatitis C patients
Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives
Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Hospital Epidemiology, and Quality teams
Shared call coverage with experienced Infectious Disease colleagues
No primary care responsibilities
Dedicated Hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions
Join a statewide network of 25+ Infectious Disease specialists
Opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows
Academic appointment opportunities through regional medical education partners
Access to extensive specialty resources and multidisciplinary collaboration
