Job description
University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist focused on Infectious Diseases in immunocompromised patients. You will round with physicians, provide drug information, monitor therapies, and contribute to formulary work.
This role includes teaching residents, supporting guideline development, and participating in committees; requires Ohio-licensed pharmacist, ASHP residency or equivalent experience. Travel ~10% in this clinical position.
