Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Pharmacist, Clinical Specialist for Infectious Diseases. The role involves managing OPAT and HIV/HepC patients, supporting the Specialty Pharmacy, and coordinating with care teams to ensure timely medication access.
The position requires ACPE-accredited PharmD, an ASHP-accredited residency or 3 years clinical experience, and Virginia licensure within 90 days. A $30k sign-on and $10k relocation are offered.
