Job description

South Lake Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Infectious Diseases) to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ID-focused clinical pharmacy services at the Clermont, Florida site. The role reports to the Pharmacy Clinical Manager and aims to improve patient care while optimizing resource use.

Florida pharmacist licensure or eligibility is required, with ASHP‑accredited residency as a strong path.
