Job description
MUSC Health in Charleston, SC seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Infectious Diseases/Antimicrobial Stewardship, to participate in stewardship activities across the system and support the ID residency program.
Responsibilities include education on antimicrobial use, developing guidelines, liaising with microbiology labs, and analyzing utilization metrics to meet CDC and Joint Commission standards. Requires PharmD or PharmD with PGY1, PGY2 in ID preferred; SC pharmacist license and BLS.
