Job description
HealthPartners is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist Infectious Diseases Specialist to advance antimicrobial stewardship across 8 hospitals and numerous clinics. The role involves clinical consultation, education, and leadership of ASP initiatives within the network.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team including ID physicians, infection prevention, microbiology, and IT to improve care quality and resource use across our system.
