Job description
UH Cleveland Medical Center seeks an Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide expert pharmacotherapy support for immunocompromised populations, including patients with hematologic malignancies, bone marrow transplantation, and solid organ transplant recipients.
