Tasks and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns and creator partnerships across organic, paid and retail initiatives
Support creator sourcing, outreach and relationship management across Moroccanoil’s influencer community
Create influencer briefs outlining product messaging, talking points, content requirements and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage influencer content reviews, edits and approvals
Maintain campaign calendars and trackers to ensure deliverables, approvals and deadlines remain on schedule
Support influencer gifting, product seeding and PR mailers, including creator lists, product orders, shipping, tracking and warehouse coordination
Manage incoming influencer and collaboration inquiries and identify relevant opportunities for the brand
Fulfill influencer and giveaway product orders through Shopify and SAP
Support influencer events and activations, including creator outreach, guest lists, gifting and event logistics
Track and report on influencer campaign performance, including content delivered, reach, engagement and EMV
Maintain organized creator lists, campaign documentation and reporting across influencer platforms and internal systems
Create and ship influencer PR product packages through FedEx and messenger
Support Content Team by filming and editing for social channel needs
Qualifications
1–2+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally within beauty or lifestyle
Strong knowledge of the beauty creator landscape, social platforms and emerging trends
Experience supporting influencer gifting, seeding, mailers and paid and/or organic creator campaigns
Exceptional organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating directly with creators, talent managers and external partners
Proactive, resourceful and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with influencer management/reporting platforms preferred
Video editing experience preferred Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premier Pro
Hybrid: must be able to commute to the NYC office
