Information Security Manager
Join us on an exciting career journey as an Information Security Manager at COUNTRY Financial! In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team of over ten dedicated security professionals, partner across business and technology to safeguard our most critical assets: client data and trust, and experience real impact on the organization’s security posture.

Primary: Bloomington, IL
Other: Alpharetta, GA and Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities
Provide leadership by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Sustain information systems results by defining, delivering, and supporting information systems; auditing application of systems.
Assess information systems results through auditing application of systems.
Enhance information systems results by identifying technology opportunities and developing application strategies.
Safeguard assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, and information security and control structures.
Accomplish financial objectives by determining required service levels; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, benchmarking practices, and participating in professional societies.
Manage the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas.
Maintain current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicate with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
Foster a positive environment where team members are motivated and committed to contribute their best work.
Create a safe environment where team members are supported to make decisions and take action to achieve goals and objectives.
Takes personal responsibility for making tough decisions, meeting commitments, and adapting to ensure expected results are achieved.
Assume responsibility for implementing practices to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion while holding self and others accountable.
Qualifications
Exposure to and understanding of annual project planning processes and budget management.
Ability to collaborate in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Dedication to building a strong, efficient, and motivated team.
8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training, including management experience.
