Information Systems Security Manager, Space
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril's Space team is dedicated to expanding our AI-powered capabilities into the final frontier, enhancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for U.S. military and allied partners. Provide direct leadership and mentorship to ISSOs, establishing performance expectations and ensuring comprehensive security coverage across all systems
Manage GRC platforms, track compliance evidence, and brief leadership and customers on authorization status, security posture, and risk decisions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in information assurance or cybersecurity, with direct RMF and A&A experience

Demonstrated experience managing system authorization packages (SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms) across multiple classification levels
Experience interfacing with government Authorizing Officials and security control assessors
Strong understanding of NIST 800-53 security controls and CNSSI 1253
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
CISSP or CISM certification
Experience with space systems or satellite program security environments
Familiarity with GRC platforms (eMASS, Xacta, or similar)
