Job Summary
The ERP Consultant – Workday will provide end-to-end support across multiple phases of Workday Adaptive Planning projects, including planning, architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment.
The role involves close collaboration with internal and external teams, troubleshooting system issues, documenting updates, and transitioning knowledge to ongoing support teams.
The position requires strong technical capability, reliability, professionalism, and a solid understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day configuration and implementation support for Workday Adaptive Planning.
Support project phases including planning, architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Participate in meetings to address ad hoc questions and resolve system issues.
Document enhancements, configuration changes, and support activities.
Collaborate with managed services teams to ensure smooth transition of ongoing support.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
Required Qualifications Strong understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning functionality.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and deliver clear technical solutions.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Professionalism and commitment to maintaining a collaborative work environment.
Primary Skill: Workday Adaptive Planning.
Preferred Qualifications Workday HCM Certification.
Workday Reporting Certification.
Certifications Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
