Job description
Title: ITPM (IT Project Manager)
Duration: 12+ month long contract
Location: Greenfield, IN Hybrid –3-4 days a week
Job Overview:
Insight Global is seeking an ITPM to support enterprise project execution, with a focus on ERP implementation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in driving PMO governance, reporting, and standardization while partnering closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience in IT project management, PMO support, or project coordination roles
Hands-on experience with PM tools (SAP PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Experience supporting or overseeing ERP system implementations
Background working in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
Nice-to-Have:
PMP Certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Prior contract experience
Key Responsibilities:
Support PMO governance, processes, and project delivery standards
Track project progress, milestones, risks, and overall performance
Partner with project managers to ensure timelines, deliverables, and reporting are aligned
Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards
Assist in ERP implementation efforts within a manufacturing setting
Drive consistency across PMO methodologies and best practices
Provide updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
Compensation :
$43/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
