Job description
Optomi, in partnership with a large global travel and hospitality company, is seeking an IT Technician to support their South Florida locations! The IT Technician will provide hands-on technology support across multiple corporate offices, assisting with workstation setups, equipment deployments, end-user troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations.

Experience of the right candidate:
2+ years of hands-on IT technician or field support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
Experience with PXE boot and OS imaging/deployment processes.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Plan and execute workspace moves and workstation setups.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
Support video conferencing equipment and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
Provide white-glove support to C-suite executives. xhqgsiq
Manage hardware asset lifecycle and IT ticketing through ServiceNow.
