Job description
CLM Candidate (Functional Consultant)
Act as a subject matter expert for Agiloft CLM platform across modules
Lead end-to-end CLM implementations for enterprise clients
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Translate business needs into functional and system solutions
Configure and customize Agiloft modules based on requirements
Design scalable and efficient CLM solutions aligned with business goals
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
Provide ongoing support and system improvements post-implementation
Conduct training and enablement sessions for users and teams
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CLM processes
Configure Agiloft modules including Contracting, Risk, Obligations, and Sourcing
Design workflows, templates, approval processes, and automation rules
Perform system administration tasks including user roles, permissions, and security setup
Lead solution design and architecture discussions for CLM implementations
Integrate Agiloft with ERP systems, middleware, and third-party applications
Troubleshoot system issues, workflow failures, and performance bottlenecks
Manage and resolve tickets from ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA
Conduct UAT support, testing, and validation of implemented solutions
Provide documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides
Deliver training sessions to business users and technical teams
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements
Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
Hands-on experience with Agiloft platform configuration
Knowledge of contract management, sourcing, and risk management workflows
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Experience in designing workflows, templates, and automation rules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with integrations (API, middleware, or tools like Workato)
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and workflows
