Job description
Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Ambulatory Infusion Center, delivering direct patient care, administering IV/IM/SC therapies, and crafting individualized infusion plans in line with evidence-based practice.
The NP will pursue payer credentialing, collaborate with medical directors, educate patients, and help coordinate care across settings. Travel between local infusion centers is required to support clinical coverage while ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
