Job description
Vivo Infusion in Dallas Fort-Worth seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusion care across ambulatory centers. You will develop and maintain individualized care plans for patients referred to the center, ensuring safe, effective infusion procedures and regulatory compliance.
In this role you will serve as the clinical liaison between referring physicians and the infusion center, supporting the team and assessing patient needs throughout treatment. Telehealth may be used as needed.
