Job description
Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead point-of-care nursing teams in infusion services and ensure high-quality patient care. You will evaluate interventions, supervise licensed nurses and techs, and coordinate with unit leadership to optimize staffing and processes.
The role requires RN licensure, 1 year of RN experience or 2 years as an LPN in acute care, and strong knowledge of pharmacology, telemetry, and evidence-based practice in a fast-paced unit.
