Job description
Stony Brook University seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to supervise the Infusion center at Stony Brook Cancer Center. The APP will report to the Division Chief of Hematology/Oncology and may perform a range of clinical duties in the infusion clinic.
Responsibilities include managing infusion reactions, reviewing orders, assessing patients, interpreting labs, and educating patients about chemotherapy toxicities. Strong EMR knowledge is preferred.
