Job description
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is seeking a Pharmacist for the Infusion Center. The Pharmacist will oversee all aspects of medication therapy, review orders, reconcile home meds, and ensure accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities include maintaining NYS license, triaging workload, medication reconciliation, verifying orders, using EHR and CDS to prevent errors, and collaborating with medical and nursing teams. Strong communication and adherence to USP 797/800 preferred.
