Job description
Vivo Infusion in Grand Haven, MI seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to oversee infusion care and coordinate patient plans. The NP will act as the primary clinical liaison between referring offices and the infusion center, ensuring safe, compliant care and accurate documentation in the EMR.
The role supports a per diem schedule with Friday availability, 2 days per week, 8:30am–5:00pm, and telehealth as needed. Competitive hourly pay and 401K with match are offered.
