Job description
UW Health Care Direct is a home infusion pharmacy affiliate focused on delivering safe and effective infusion therapies in the Dane County area. The role emphasizes clinical and distributive duties, medication consultations, and adherence to state and federal regulations.
Qualified candidates hold a PharmD, Wisconsin licensure, and PGY-1 or equivalent experience; CPR certification for vaccinators and nutrition support certification within one year are preferred.
