Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Home Infusion program. The RN develops patient care plans, directs safe administration of medications in home or alternate sites, and educates patients and caregivers.
You will coordinate discharge, provide IV site care, assist with phlebotomy as ordered, and mentor staff. This role requires MA nursing licensure, BLS, and infusion experience; CRNI/ACLS preferred.
