Job description
Vivo Infusion in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our infusion team for a per diem role focused on Fridays. The position involves assessing referred patients, developing initial care plans, and documenting orders in the EMR.
You will evaluate new patients, monitor plans of care, and ensure appropriate infusion suitability while collaborating with the Medical Director and clinical leadership.
