Job description
Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic patient care in home or alternative infusion sites. Licensed RN, with physician-approved plan of care, supervision provided, and focus on safety and patient education.
Responsibilities include initiating treatments, administering medications, documenting care in real-time, and collaborating with the Clinical team to ensure continuity of care and billing accuracy.
