Job description
Option Care Health Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite under a physician's plan of care.
You will perform treatments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and continuity of care. The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice, minimal 1 year nursing experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 100% for business.
