Infusion Nurse / IV Therapy Nurse / RN - Private Duty Home Care
Location: Savannah, Guyton, Pooler, Rincon & surrounding areas
Job Type: PRN / Per Diem
Schedule: Flexible - Days, Evenings & Weekends Available

What You’ll Do
As a Private Duty Home Care Nurse, you will:
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Manage IV infusions and vascular access devices
Provide wound care and dressing changes using evidence-based practices
Perform PEG/G-tube feeding and enteral nutrition management
Provide catheter and ostomy care
Promote patient safety, dignity, comfort, and independence
Preferred Clinical Experience
Experience with the following is preferred:
IV infusion therapy
Access, maintain, and de-access PICC lines and implanted ports.
Wound care
Tube feeding (PEG/G-tube)
Tracheostomy care
Medication management
Catheter and ostomy care
Home health, private duty, hospice, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care
Qualifications
Current, active Savannah or South Carolina RN license
PICC and implanted-port access experience required.
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island service area
Schedule & Flexibility
PRN / Per Diem
Flexible scheduling
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
