Job description

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Houston market infusion centers (Atascocita and Spring). The NP will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and guide treatment plans in a specialized outpatient infusion setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, strong documentation practices, and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA standards. Experience in infusion therapy and EHR is preferred; NP certification required.
