Job description
Mount Sinai Health System is seeking an Offsite Registered Nurse - Infusion for Hematology/Oncology in Greenlawn, NY. You will provide safe, competent patient care to an assigned caseload, applying nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities include care coordination, discharge planning, teaching, and collaboration with the health care team. A BSN is preferred, NY RN license, and BLS; chemotherapy/biotherapy credentials are required.
