Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacist Infusion at Carolinas Medical Center to oversee pharmaceutical care, review orders, and design patient-specific regimens. The role includes counseling patients, supporting safety and quality initiatives, and mentoring pharmacy staff.
