Job description
Catholic Health Home Care in Long Island seeks an Infusion RN to deliver and coordinate home health infusion therapy, develop care plans with physicians and caregivers, and educate patients on treatment and health management.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, require NY RN license, BLS, and a valid NY driver’s license, with salary range $100,000–$130,000 and comprehensive benefits.
