Job description
Catholic Health Services is seeking an Infusion RN to deliver and coordinate home health infusion therapy, developing and updating a care plan in collaboration with physicians, the patient, and caregivers.
You will educate patients and caregivers on treatment, medication, and health management, and ensure interdisciplinary collaboration for holistic care delivery. This full-time role offers USD 100,000–130,000 per year, competitive benefits, education reimbursement, and retirement plans.
