Job description
UNC Health in Apex, NC seeks a skilled RN to assess and document patient status and formulate education plans for infusion patients in a skilled nursing facility. This per diem role requires a NC RN licensure and a BSN is preferred.
Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with the health care team, and ensuring accurate documentation. Night shift work with on-site assignments.
