Job description
INGENYX- Production OperatorProducing and processing medical components while following the procedures put in place that adhere to the standards put forth by the Quality Department and regulatory agencies.Principal Responsibilities:Operates and adjusts machine/equip/cell to SOP as trained including packaging and labeling productsUnderstands and uses measuring equipment; calipers, micrometers, rulers, Instron, scales, counters, snap gauges, ring gauges, pins and other gauging following prescribed procedures to meet high quality specificationsDocuments process data and parameters as required by MP/GMPIdentifies when process is out of spec and recognizes the need to notify Team Lead or SupervisorReviews process documentation, makes corrections and signs off on production ordersFollow QA procedures and requirementsFollow safety procedures, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)Follow manufacturing proceduresEducation / Experience Requirements:Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferredSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements:Basic math (addition, subtraction, and division) and assembly.Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skillsStrong attention detailDemonstrated ability to read, write and speak English fluentlyThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $20-29 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
