Injection Mold Setup Operator **Location:** Berea, OH **Shift:** 1st Shift | 7 :30 AM – 4:00 PM **Pay:** $26.00 – $28.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced **Injection Mold Setup Operator** for a manufacturing facility in Berea, OH. This is a 1st-shift opportunity for someone with hands-on plastic injection molding experience who is comfortable setting up equipment, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining quality standards.Responsibilities - Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines- Perform mold changes and machine setups for production runs- Monitor machines throughout production to ensure efficient operation- Troubleshoot molding, machine, and process issues- Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure specifications are met- Manage and prepare materials used in the molding process- Monitor production output and minimize downtime and scrap- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized condition- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures- Communicate equipment or production concerns to appropriate team membersQualifications - Previous **plastic injection molding setup/operator experience required**- Experience performing mold changes and machine setups- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities- Ability to identify and correct common injection molding issues- Understanding of manufacturing quality standards- Comfortable working independently and keeping production running efficiently- Dependable with strong attention to detailThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Injection Mold Setup Operator looking for a steady 1st-shift position with competitive pay in the Berea area.**Apply today for immediate consideration!**
