Injection Molding Machine OperatorHeadquartered in Shelby Township, Michigan, Warrior Sports is recognized as one of the sporting goods industry's premier manufacturers of innovative, high-performance, cutting-edge equipment, footwear, and apparel for lacrosse and hockey athletes of all ages and abilities.Position SummaryThe Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for producing high-quality plastic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes operating molding equipment, inspecting parts for quality, trimming and packaging finished products, and supporting a safe and efficient production process.This is a full-time, first-shift position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Occasional opportunities for overtime are available based on production needs.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.Remove molded parts from machines and inspect for quality standards.Trim, assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.Monitor machine operation and report any equipment issues.Accurately complete and maintain production, scrap, and downtime records.Follow all quality standards and production requirements.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrior injection molding experience preferred.Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable with good attendance and reliability.Basic math and measurement skills preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to company-established limits.Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.Successful Candidates Will DemonstrateStrong attention to detailDependability and punctualityCommitment to safety and qualityPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to learn new processes and equipmentStrong work ethic and willingness to contribute to production goalsAssociate Benefits: At Warrior, we know our success starts with our people.
