Job description
AllSearch Staffing Group seeks a Project Engineer for injection molding manufacturing in Elkhart, Indiana, to lead new product and tooling launches from concept to production release. You will oversee mold design, tooling build, mold trials, validation, and production start, collaborating with mold designers and engineers to meet quality and cost targets.
CAD, SolidWorks, and mold simulation support development, troubleshooting, and reverse engineering during launch.
