Injection Mold Tech SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Tech Supervisor, 4x10's schedule! From start to finish, our statistical process control system keeps close scrutiny on every piece we produce.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Injection Mold Tech Supervisor Details:Temporary position$ 25.00 / hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Thursday from 11:55pm to 08:00am)Operate and monitor various production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures and guidelines.Perform routine checks and adjustments to machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.Load and unload materials and components from machines as required.Conduct basic quality control inspections on products to identify and address any issues.Injection Mold Tech Supervisor Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisor role.Proven ability to operate industrial or production machinery, or a demonstrated mechanical aptitude.Must be able to setup molds in machines and perform mold changes, read blue prints.Ability to troubleshoot molding defects and return the process to make good partsKnowledge with different raw material and processing such as polypro, polycarbonate, ABS, Lupox, Rynite, Etc.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
